The Coliseum Shopping park offers a wide range of services on-site and also within our stores. Please visit individual Coliseum Stores for specific services.
CAR PARKING
We have a total of 1200 free parking spaces at Coliseum. Don’t forget there is also a car park to the rear of the Debenhams store, which also provides easy access to all of your favourite shops at Coliseum. *Conditions may apply.
We also have 49 parent and child spaces available for easy access to shopping.
CLICK & COLLECT
As we’re now a Click & Collect location, you can pick up your online purchases straight from a selection of stores at Coliseum Shopping Park. Shop online with your favourite brands and your items will be delivered and ready for you to try on in one of our many comfy fitting rooms. And if you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return it directly from the store!
How it works:
After you’ve placed your online order, simply do the following:
- For your delivery location, select store, Coliseum Shopping Park and search for CH65 9HD postcode or sat nav code, then choose ’STORE NAME, Coliseum Shopping Park’.
- The store will then text or email you to confirm that your delivery is ready to pick up.
- Pick up and try on your items.
- Return unwanted items if necessary.
CUSTOMER TOILETS
Customer toilets are available in some of our stores, these include: Burger King, Costa Coffee, Debenhams, Pizza Hut and Starbucks.
DISABLED ACCESS
We have 50 disabled car parking spaces available for easy access to shopping.
BABY CHANGE
We have 7 stores that offer in-store baby changing.

COMMUNITY GARDEN
We have a beautiful Sensory garden on-site to all customers. ‘Sensory Square‘, was created with the community in mind, offering a serene space within the retail park, with various plants, herbs and blooms that will emerge all year round.
PLAY AREA
The ‘Golden Raven’ pirate ship has dropped anchor at Coliseum Shopping park, offering a new play area for all visitors.
